Lexus LFA Roadster Confirmed for 2014

Originally rumored to debut in 2014, the LFA Roadster has reportedly been confirmed for a mid-2014 launch which means we’ll see a one year break before new LFAs hit the road. We don’t expect any major changes to the model other than it being a convertible, so chances are the same 4.8-liter V10 under the hood of the current LFA will find its way onto the Roadster. Besides, it’s not like the 560-hp and 354 lb-ft of torque wasn’t good enough.

That isn’t all the big news that Lexus has. The luxury automaker plans on developing a GS Coupe model, which will be slotted in between the IS-C and the upcoming LF-LC production model.
