BMW 1 Series M Coupe vs CGI Concrete Walls

I was reading about the new 2012 BMW 1-Series M Coupe yesterday on Evo Magazines site.  It is going to be an awesome car and should give the Porsche Cayman R a run for its money.  It has the 335i turbo 3.0-liter straight six under the hood which is cranking out 335 hp and 369 lb-ft.  This can accelerate the car from 0-100 km/h in 4.9 seconds.  Very similar to a car that I’m posting about later this afternoon so check that article out as well.  This car has the rear diff rear axle and the suspension components of the M3 and to improve performance has a wider stance thanks to the M3 component as well as it is connecting to the road on wider stickier tires.

The attached Video is a true testament to the Power of today’s CGI and the digitized concert walls look 98% like the real deal.  The video truly captures the fun to drive nature of the new 1-Series M Coupe showing how manageable the car is to drive even when drifting sideways on a track.  Make sure you check the video out full screen and in HD resolution so that you can truly appreciate the post production work.
